Privacy Notice
Last updated: 25 August 2026
This notice explains how Anish S Vyapari handles personal data submitted through the contact form on vyapari.space. It is intended to provide a clear notice and consent flow aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules.
Data collected
When you submit the contact form, the site collects the message type, your name, email address, and message. The site does not ask for a phone number, address, identity document, payment information, or sensitive personal data.
Purpose and consent
Your data is used only to read, manage, and respond to your inquiry or privacy request. The form asks for affirmative consent before submission. Do not submit information that is unrelated to your inquiry or that you do not want processed for this purpose.
How messages are handled
Form requests are processed by the site’s hosting and contact-delivery services, including a configured Discord webhook, solely to deliver the message to Anish. Data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising or profiling.
Retention and security
Messages are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain a record of the conversation, or meet a legal obligation. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, or withdrawal of consent for contact-form data. Use the portfolio contact form, select “Privacy request,” and state what you need. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law. You may also use this process to raise a privacy concern.
Third-party links
The portfolio links to external services such as GitLab and Instagram. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices; this notice does not control those sites.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the site or its data practices change. The updated date at the top will show the latest revision.
